Ammon Days 2011

We enjoyed Ammon Days a few saturdays back while Aaron was gone to Oklahoma.
We headed down midmorning to the park by our house and had fun with all the free food and fun!
The kids love the big bouncy toys.

We watched a firefighter demonstration.
And said 'hello' to the firefighter dalmation.
The food was yummy (and messy).
Cotton Candy

Snow cones
and Popcorn too!  We ate hot dogs, chips, and cheese for lunch.
Grandpa Mayor was there all day and Grandma came down with us.
We had fun going around to all the business booths and collecting candy and other things that they were handing out.  We went home for an afternoon nap and rest time and then the kids insisted on going back for dinner and more fun.

More hot dogs for dinner and then we enjoyed a concert by Alex Boye.  He was quite entertaining.
During one song he even came down from the stage and danced with the kids.  McKinley got right up to dance with him, but Addi was a bit too shy (and tired).  He had to cut his concert short when a summer rain storm rolled in.
It was a fun day though and we were ready to go home!

What fun posts! It is great enjoying the summer and going to so many fun activities...you guys have really been busy! Your kids keep getting bigger---it is fun to see Gid wearing clothes it seems like Cody was just wearing. Now I know how Corri must feel! Hopefully there are still some warm days left in Idaho so we can have fun with you guys!!!
