So Long Camper...

We sold our camper!
Addi was not very happy.  She kept saying "But I love this camper!"
Even though we bought a bigger camper (with room for all of us, and a bathroom!) last summer, it was still hard to say goodbye to our first family camper and our home away from home.
It has been a great camper for us.  We purchased it when McK was just a baby back in the spring of 2005.  And we have used it!
It has been a 3-season camper for us with a great heater to keep us warm on those not so warm spring nights.  We even woke to a few inches of snow one morning and were so glad not to have been in a tent!
Aaron rigged an AC window unit in it for those especially hot summer trips when I was 8+ months pregnant!  And I finally got around to making new curtains for it a couple years back.
Camping last summer in Yellowstone, McKinley lost her first 2 teeth while falling asleep up on her bunkbed.
We have camped at Big and Little Redfish Lake, Palisades, Green Canyon, Teton River,
Meadow Lake, Bear Lake, Henry's Lake and elsewhere in Island Park,
5 great nights at Yellowstone, and everywhere in between!
We have towed another trailer behind with the 4-wheeler, and used the hitch for all our bikes!
Lots of great memories and fun times.
We will miss you camper!

I'm glad you have a bigger rig to go around in, but am a little bummed you didn't sell your camper to us! Then we could go camping together and the girls could still see their old friend. What does your new camper look like?
